By accessing and using PCDL (Pastor Choolwe Digital Library), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

PCDL provides access to digital content including audio messages, video sermons, and PDF documents created by Pastor Choolwe and associated ministries. Some content is freely available while other content requires purchase or membership access.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Content Usage

All content provided through PCDL is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display content without authorization
  • Modify or create derivative works from our content
  • Use content for commercial purposes without written permission
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Circumvent any technological measures to protect content

5. Purchases and Payments

When you purchase content through PCDL:

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes
  • Payment must be made through approved payment methods

6. GMC (Gospel Ministers Conference) Access

GMC content is restricted to authorized members only. Access is granted based on role assignments and membership status. Sharing GMC content or credentials is strictly prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on PCDL are owned by Pastor Choolwe Ministries or its licensors. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

PCDL and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
